I came to fully know the Lord as my savior at the age of 11. Several months later, on Palm Sunday, at the age of 12 I began my preaching career. That was over four decades ago.
I have graduated from two institutions of higher learning: John Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies (1976); Oral Roberts University with a Master of Divinity degree (1980), and with a Doctor of Ministry degree (1986).
I came to ORU in August, 1976, as a Master of Divinity student. During my first semester, I became a Teaching Assistant in Oral Roberts’ class “The Holy Spirit in the Now.” From that point on, the teaching ministry has been a part of my life. Following graduation, I became a faculty member. For over three decades, I have been associated with Chancelor Roberts’ class.
During my time at Oral Roberts Univeristy I have served on in the Undergraduate Department of Theology and in the Graduate School of Theology. I have taught Biblical, Theological, Evangelism and Preaching courses. |
